Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including earrings, swimwear, and undergarments. Final sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We are unable to process direct exchanges online. If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order through maxnzfashion.com.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through maxnzfashion.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
